Seven people arrested at Redding's Caldwell Park for unlawful assembly over the weekend were participating in or attending a concert that had a valid city permit, police acknowledged Monday.

A videotape of the arrests caused a furor on the popular YouTube and MySpace Web sites, where page views stacked up as word of the arrests spread.
