"Way to go mates" for racial profiling in the UK but when its "my town, my community, my world" then its a gentrified police state?
Please oh please tell me that I'm am missing some sarcastic innuendo here.

The way I figure:
- logistically it makes sense to pick your targets moreso in this case than in West Sacramento. The proportion of possible gangsters to possible terrorists is gigantic.
